A calm, quiet and comfortable sanctuary along Amber Road in District 15

Perched on the highest floor of the prestigious Coastline Residence at Amber Road, this three-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to embody a breathtaking fusion of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality—Japandi.

The homeowners envisioned a serene, tranquil space for their daily leisure and relaxation. Leveraging the apartment’s proximity to the shores, we maximized the use of the balcony for enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. This vision guided the design process, resulting in a space that exudes tranquility and comfort.

The project involved creating numerous custom furniture pieces crafted from scratch. Notably, the sizable woven rattan chaise and seating set completes the outdoor area, offering adequate walking space for the homeowners while they enjoy panoramic sea views. Another highlight of this project is the careful integration of two pre-existing Devialet speakers, highly valued by the owners. We crafted two high-low Italian travertine plinths with colors that complement the shores and sleek, elegant lines that match the speakers. The placement of the speakers was also chosen to enrich the ambience with its optimal acoustics spot.

The renovation reflects a perfect balance of aesthetics and functionality, creating a home that is as beautiful as it is comfortable. The project was a collaborative effort, with the homeowners, designers, and furniture makers working closely together. The team has collaborated on previous builds and enjoys brainstorming ideas on-site to achieve the best possible result.
