Where are you based? Do you have a physical showroom?

We are based in Singapore. Yes, our showroom is at Tspace Tampines.

Can I customize a piece of furniture with you?

Yes, Absolutely. That is what we do best! Do visit our  Customise Your Own   page and fill in the contact form with your contact details and requirements. Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to you on how to proceed.

What are the payment terms?

We accept:

  • VISA/ Mastercard/ AMEX
  • ATOME (Coming Soon!)
  • GrabPay (Coming Soon!)
  • Paynow 
  • Shopback

For customization orders and bulk purchases, an initial deposit of 60% is required. The remaining 40% must be paid prior to delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently no, due to the bulkiness and fragility of most of our furniture we are not looking into shipping our furniture internationally.

What's your lead time on backorder items?

Decorative Items: 3-4 weeks
Mirrors/Painting/Rug: 4-6 weeks
Sofa and tables: 6-8 weeks
Travertine furniture: 8-12 weeks

Can I return my item?

With effect from 22 December 2020, we will only offer an exchange or credit for purchases that were wrongly delivered, in terms of size (dimensions) or color. Do visit our  Returns & Exchanges page  for our full store policy for returns/ exchanges.
