Placing An Order at The Happy Place:

   
  1. Shop all our products here

  2. See an item that you like? Click on the item to enter the product listing page and browse more pictures and details about the product.

  3. Once you have decided to purchase, select "Add to Cart" and the item will be in your cart!

  4. Continue shopping or proceed to make payment.

  5. At checkout, you can choose to set up an account with us, or continue to check out as a guest. An account will be automatically be set up for you if you decide to check out as a guest. 

  6. Select your payment method.

  7. Click “Submit your order”.

  8. Sit back and wait for your new furniture or decoration pieces to arrive!

     

    


   

Order Confirmation & Dispatch


You will receive an email confirming your order upon successful payment.

If you have ordered ready-to-ship items that are in stock, we will deliver them in 1-2 days (express) or 3-5 working days (standard). During peak seasons like sales, festive periods, and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details. If you have ordered a backorder item, the delivery date will be the lead time in addition to the regular delivery days set above.  You can also login into your account to track your order!

Payment Terms

With effect from January 2022, all customization orders and bulk purchases requires an initial deposit of 60% is required at the time of order placement. The remaining 40% must be paid before the delivery of the products.

We currently only accepting payments in SGD.

Backorder

   
Thank you for placing an order with us. We appreciate your support of our backorder products and your patience. As a small local business, we don’t keep stock of all our items, but we take great pride in the products we offer at The Happy Place SG. Taking backorders allows us to be more sustainable and avoid product obsolescence.If you’ve just ordered a backorder product, please note that your order has been automatically processed.
  • All backorder sales are final, and there will be no refunds due to a change of mind.
  • Your items are expected to arrive within a framed lead time from the order date, which will depend on the item you purchase.
  • Once the item have arrived, you will be notified immediately for delivery or installation (if any) arrangements.
  • If your orders consist of at least 1 backorder item, please note that you will only receive your order after the backorder item has arrived on our end, all items in an order will need to be consolidated before sending out to an address.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for backorder delays, cancellations, or insufficient stock arrivals. Instead, we’re happy to provide store credits without an expiry date as compensation.
